Before I started to follow my passion for design I had a long and fulfilling career in the music industry promoting CDs, DVDs, books and concerts. I started out as a DJ for my college radio station which paved the way for me to enter the world of radio promotions. I’ve promoted just about every genre you can think of but my specialty was hard rock and heavy metal \m/. Eventually I transitioned into a PR / Project Management role which I absolutely loved. I was responsible for creating and executing marketing plans from start to finish. As such I worked closely with artists, managers and internal staff to come up with strategies that reached our sales goals and made the most out of the budgets I had to work with. Although I loved my job at SPV Records a change was imminent. After about a year of soul searching I came to realize that one of my favorite parts of each job I’ve held was the development of creative marketing pieces. It was then that I packed up and moved to Boston to attend classes at Boston University’s Center for Digital Imaging Arts. With the advancement of my skills in both print and web communications came the birth of Tezriana Design.

Although, I came to Tara with absolutely no idea of how I wanted my company logo to look, she took my vague ramblings and ran with it.
